It has recently come to our attention that you are using the project
inboxes set up for each of the districts on the Kootenai National Forest
for scoping comments. At this time, the Kootenai is not planning on using
these project inboxes. I do not believe any of our scoping letters have
identified these inboxes. I hope we have not missed any of your comments
due to this mix-up. Of the project comments I have looked at, you also sent
them to the corresponding District Ranger and/or IDT Leader, so I believe
we have not missed any. For future projects, please continue responding to
the person(s) identified in the scoping letter (by mail or email) and not
to the district/forest comment inboxes.
